Superskills Checking Camp ('96 through '99)

This summer Superskills will be conducting a checking camp for '96 through '99 birth year players. This camp is specifically designed to teach players how to give and receive checks. This is a step by step process that teaches body control and builds confidence at the same time. Players moving into a checking league for the first time will greatly benefit from this camp as well as players that need to learn checking fundamentals to help give them more confidence in games. The camp includes 7.5 hours of on-ice and 7.5 hours of off-ice drills.
